Subscriptions at Revoxe™

When you purchase The Revoxe System, the TriLight Scalp Massager is billed once as a one-time purchase. The Anti-Shedding Oil and Regrowth Serum are shipped as a recurring monthly subscription at $49.99/month, charged automatically to your payment method until canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your self-service customer portal, using the email address associated with your order. Cancellation takes effect immediately once submitted through the portal.

It is your responsibility to cancel before your next scheduled renewal date if you no longer wish to receive shipments. Once a renewal order has been processed, it is considered final:

• We are not able to cancel or refund a subscription order that has already shipped.
• Renewal dates and upcoming charges are shown in your customer portal at all times — we recommend checking it regularly.
• If you have any difficulty canceling or any questions, contact us at revoxeteam@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and authorize Revoxe™ to charge your payment method on the frequency and prices listed at checkout until you cancel through the portal.
